This 1911 Georgian style mansion sits on ½ acre in Boston's North Shore, which is known as "Lynn's Diamond Historical District." Designed by Architect Thomas M.
James, who also designed the Boston Shubert Theatre. The original plans and
specifications remain with the house and specify only the "best" of all materials to be
used. |

include gracious foyer and staircase winding its way up
three floors. Spacious living room and dining room both have
working fireplaces. The large veranda overlooks the mature
gardens and ocean view.

A full candlelight breakfast is served in the formal dining
room and on the veranda in warm months. Guestrooms are
furnished with antiques, some with fireplaces, Jacuzzi's and
deck, large TV's with VCR and video library for a romantic
quiet retreat. Heated 8 person outdoor spa sits under the
stars and is open all year. Short walk to three-mile sandy
beach with walking, jogging, and biking path. Near public
